It is with great pleasure that we welcome you as a volunteer under AQUART 2011. For now, take the dates of 12-13-14 August 2011 in your diary.

You must first register as a volunteer with the general manager and coordinator AQUART Fabrice Vanhoutte. You should give your name, age, phone numbers and email address, and your days of availability and a list of your skills. It will take me a confirmation of days you can guarantee us to be present, and the number of volunteers who accompany you (family and friends).

Once registered:

1) Remember to re-register when you arrive at AQUART and sign the required documents before taking your job or attend briefings (ie, before the briefing). We need only register once for the whole weekend. You will receive a bracelet represent your status and your days of availability, and the cap AQUART with the pendant with whistle and identity.

2) We all together on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning at 8:00 under the big top for the briefing, distribution of tasks, the volunteers run the morning and breakfast.

3) Volunteers will be in place from 9:00 to 17:00 three days. We suggest teams of 2 persons for each position to be filled so you can enjoy the event in turn, (dives and lectures). You may need to supply drinks and sandwiches to barbecue for volunteers near the tent of the workshop AQUART.

4) We regrouped again under the big tent at 18:00 on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 and Sunday at 17:00 for a debriefing, a buffet and evening draw volunteers.

5) Note that it is mainly during the three day event on Friday 12, Saturday 13 and Sunday 14, we need you, but for those who want it, we put up all the land Thursday 11, and it undoes everything and clean the ground Monday, August 15, 2011.

6) The shows on Friday and Saturday nights and bonfires near the big tent beginning at 19: 00 and last until midnight. You are cordially invited.

7) The parking and camping are free access and also, obviously, for our volunteers. There is camping, and chemical toilets will be on hand. Bring your tents, mattress and sleeping bag. Do not forget your pillow and what makes the ears for those who are light sleepers. You'll need a good night: We need you in good form, smiling and dynamic! You are the image of AQUART that visitors will remember!

Hope to see you there. You are now part of AQUARTISTES!
